Motorists planning on traveling through Ramapo near Mahwah may experience heavy delays on Friday as contracting crews complete roadwork in the area.
The Ramapo Police Department issued an alert warning that a major repaving project is taking place in the area of Spring Valley Road and Summit Avenue in Montvale, N.J., near the town line.
Police said that heavy traffic delays are expected and may affect the Chestnut Ridge Area.
Motorists have been advised to seek alternate routes while the project is ongoing.
